this...is how a houseproducer would wanna see it in a tracker
doing xxxx automated filtereffects & xxxxx automated tracklevels in seperate views.

..no need of any mixer, so the tracker keeps it simplicity

I know PeerStuff isn't supported...but this idea maybe can inspire you guys.
I have worked yesterday & today in cubase SX, automating stuff...and I love the clear envelopes-overview of cubase, but the automating with a mouse really is clumsy.

The whole problem is this :
If I'm triggering vocal samples which take up 256 ticks, and I want to automate a 2pole on tick 128, it won't work.
Because when I press play on tick 128 the sample isn't triggered (because its trigger on tick 0).
Another solution which will totally drop my 'overview'-need, would be support for pressing play in the middle of a sample, and hearing the sample at that certain point.

ps. sorry for the big img-dimensions :)

this track is made in buzz like this :

except I switched to cubase to some point to implement the vocals due the problem I described before.

hi sqz, what tracker do you use in buzz/buze, look at the tracker help/about and see what the Offset command does.
